I can recognize my style of coding, not to mention my own work, from a mile away. If I catch you claiming a theme as your own, redistributing a theme, and/or copying any part of these themes, I can't guarantee I'll be nice about it.
These themes are not bases.
I’ve gotten a considerable amount of questions asking if they are, and I stick by to my answer: they aren’t. I hope you can respect that enough to not treat them as such.

Please is a nice word, but doesn't always make a message nice.
For instance, I've seen messages like please stop bitching and omg please shut up. I've also seen a lot of demands (not requests; see the next bullet) with the word please, and while I always encourage people to use manners, the term please doesn't automatically make a message sweet or polite. Don't jump down the throat of the person answering the question when they don't reply in the nicest way possible.
There's a fine line between demands and requests.
It's basically can you versus you should. When talking about graphics or themes or meta or anything of the like, you should (ha, irony) never tell someone what they should or shouldn't be doing. Always be polite. Find it in your heart to ask and not demand. Do you see how much nicer can you post your theme sounds compared to you should post your theme?
Be patient and be considerate.
Time doesn't grow on trees, folks. The person you left a message for might have school or work--basically, not all the time in the world. They also probably have other messages to answer. Please keep that in mind before you ask them why they haven't answered your message yet, or worse, demanding they answer your question right now. It's rude and quite frankly, a bit pretentious.
